This is a role for a Registered Nurse to work nights at Avery Healthcare's Hampstead Court Care Home in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to residents, acting as the person in charge during night shifts, and supervising the care team to ensure all tasks are completed.
Main duties of the job include:
- Undertaking nursing tasks such as medication distribution, dressings, catheterisation, tube feeding, and management of chronic medical conditions.
- Advising families and GPs of any changes in residents' conditions.
- Effectively deploying and supervising the care team.
- Providing high-quality care through accurate assessment and planning.

- Hold a First Level qualification and current NMC Registration.
- Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years experience and up-to-date knowledge of care.

Please note this role will require an ADB S Disclosure check, the cost of which will be met by Avery Healthcare, and proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
