This role involves managing the sales and marketing processes to meet and exceed budget targets, fill the home with the agreed client base, and maximize revenue. The successful candidate will have a full UK and clean driving license, strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, and ideally previous sales experience.
Main duties of the job include:
- Managing the sales and marketing processes in the home.
- Ensuring the effective daily operation of the Sales & Marketing Department.
- Meeting and exceeding budget targets.
- Filling the home with the agreed client base.
- Maximising revenue.
- Answering sales and marketing enquiries.
- Managing the pipeline of potential members.
- Developing new contacts with key care influencers.
