As a Care Supervisor – Nights at Wandsworth Common Care Home in London, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on residents’ lives every day, while being supported in a caring, respectful, and accountable environment.
Main duties of the job
- Manage, support, and guide a small team within the Care Services team.
- Ensure Avery’s processes and procedures are followed to the highest standards.
- Prioritise residents’ choices, dignity, independence, and personal safety in all care and support activities.
Responsibilities
- Promote and deliver high‑quality person‑centred care to residents.
- Closely monitor and report on residents’ daily progress, ensuring all observations and interventions are recorded.
- Deal with any concerns or complaints raised by residents or relatives in a polite, prompt, and appropriate manner.
- Provide ongoing support for the residents, their families, and the Care Services Team.

Qualifications
- A minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
- A recognised Medication administration qualification and experience.
- Previous experience in a Senior Care role.
- Demonstrable ability in organising, leading, inspiring, and influencing a team.
Additional requirements
- A DBS Disclosure check, the cost of which will be met by Avery Healthcare.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
