About the role: Client Liaison Manager position at Avery Healthcare. Dual-site in Leeds, support sales and marketing in two care homes. Manage the department’s daily operations, meet/exceed budget targets, fill the homes with the agreed client base and maximise revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure sales targets and marketing deadlines are met, adhere to brand standards.
  • Answer general sales and marketing enquiries from colleagues and customers including brochures and internet.
  • Maintain up-to-date information on the pipeline of potential members and anticipate when they may become residents.
  • Develop new contacts and maintain regular, close contacts with key care influencers.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence and a clean licence record.
  • Negotiation skills with skill and expertise.
  • Effective interpersonal and professional telephone manner.
  • Ability to prioritise own workload.
  • Background in a previous sales position (preferred).
  • DBS Disclosure check (cost paid by Avery).
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
