We are seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our award‑winning team as a Care Assistant at Aire View Care Home in Leeds.
Location & Pay
Permanent role based in Kirkstall. Pay rate £12.75 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high standards of personal care to residents, ensuring independence, dignity and respect.
- Assist residents with personal hygiene care.
- Recognise and understand clinical risk areas such as weight loss, pressure sores, risk of falls and signs of infection, and promptly escalate any identified risks.
- Act courteously toward residents and visitors, respecting their dignity and individuality.
- Practice safe systems of work across the range of tasks.

Candidate Requirements
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated initiative and a respectful attitude.
