About the Role
Your focus will be to support and work alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, providing a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors and staff. Other responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring the wellbeing of each resident and ensuring care plans reflect new needs.
- Being involved in the person‑centred care planning process, implementing, monitoring and undertaking monthly evaluations.
- Supporting residents with medication requirements.
- Undertaking staff supervisions and supporting staff development where required.
- Acting as a key point of contact with residents, relatives, visitors and health and social care professionals, ensuring reasonable requests are acted upon and concerns or complaints are escalated.
About You
To be successful in your application you will live our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable in all that you do, and you will possess the following:
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in care for care homes.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar care environment.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- A positive attitude towards supporting and nurturing residents and staff.
- A responsive and flexible approach to covering a range of responsibilities.

- Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
