Main duties of the job
As a Food and Beverage Team Member, your focus will be to support the dining service and assist residents with their meals. This will include supporting residents with choosing their meal options, ensuring the dining tables are set according to standard operating procedures, keeping the front of the house clean and well‑presented, and ensuring fresh homemade cakes/biscuits, finger food, and fresh fruit options are accessible and replenished throughout the day. You will also need to be aware of residents\’ dietary requirements.

About the Role
Your focus as a Food and Beverage Team Member is to support the dining service and assist residents with their meals.
- Support residents with choosing their meal options when dining.
- Ensure dining tables are set according to standard operating procedures.
- Keep the front of the house clean, tidy, and well‑presented; remove and replenish dirty crockery throughout the day.
- Ensure fresh homemade cakes/biscuits, finger food, and fresh fruit options are accessible and replenished.
- Be aware of residents\’ dietary requirements.

- To be successful in this role, you should have high standards of personal hygiene, and previous experience working in a similar setting, restaurant, or hotel would be desirable.
