About the Role
As a Care Assistant at Braintree Mews Care Home, your focus will be delivering high standards of personal care and contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services for our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal hygiene care, ensuring independence, dignity and respect.
- Recognise and manage clinical risk areas such as weight loss, pressure sores, falls, and signs of infection, escalating risks promptly.
