About the Role
Your focus as a Food and Beverage Team Member is to support the dining service and assist residents with their meals. Other responsibilities include:
- Supporting residents with choosing meal options when dining.
- Ensuring that the standard operating procedures for dining tables are followed.
- Keeping the front of the house clean, tidy, and well-presented.
- Removing and replenishing dirty crockery throughout the day.
- Ensuring fresh homemade cakes, biscuits, finger foods, and fruit are available and replenished.
- Being aware of residents’ dietary requirements.
Qualifications
- High standards of personal hygiene.
- Experience in similar restaurant or hospitality settings is desirable.
- Basic Food Hygiene Certificate is beneficial.
Requirements
- A DBS Disclosure check is required and will be covered by Avery Healthcare.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the UK must be provided.
- A basic Food Hygiene Certificate is considered beneficial.
