They are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join their award-winning team as a Deputy Manager - RGN at Rosebery Manor Care Home in Epsom.

Main duties of the job:

As the Deputy Manager - RGN, your focus will be to support the General Manager to operate a compliant and effective person-centred care home, providing a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for residents and their visitors, while meeting professional and statutory standards and commercial performance targets.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing inspirational leadership.
  • Ensuring medication policies are adhered to.
  • Monitoring resident wellbeing.
  • Completing monthly audits and reports.

About you:

  • Hold a first-level qualification and a current NMC registration.
  • Have a minimum of two years experience working in a similar care environment, in a management position.
  • Have excellent leadership and management skills.

  • Be adaptive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.

This role will require:

  • A DBS Disclosure check, the cost of which will be met by Avery Healthcare.
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
