They are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join their award-winning team as a Deputy Manager - RGN at Rosebery Manor Care Home in Epsom.
Main duties of the job:
As the Deputy Manager - RGN, your focus will be to support the General Manager to operate a compliant and effective person-centred care home, providing a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for residents and their visitors, while meeting professional and statutory standards and commercial performance targets.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing inspirational leadership.
- Ensuring medication policies are adhered to.
- Monitoring resident wellbeing.
- Completing monthly audits and reports.
About you:

- Hold a first-level qualification and a current NMC registration.
- Have a minimum of two years experience working in a similar care environment, in a management position.

- Be adaptive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.
This role will require:
- A DBS Disclosure check, the cost of which will be met by Avery Healthcare.
