Main duties of the job:

- Assisting residents with personal hygiene, ensuring optimum independence, dignity, and respect of individuals at all times.
- Recognising and escalating clinical risks, such as weight loss, pressure sores, risk of falls, and signs of infections.
- Acting courteously towards residents and their visitors.
- Practising safe systems of work across a range of tasks.
