This is a temporary role as a Food and Beverage Assistant at Avery Healthcare's care home in Portsmouth. The role involves supporting the dining service and assisting residents with their meals, ensuring a high standard of service and cleanliness.
Main duties of the job include:
- Supporting residents with choosing their meal options.
- Setting dining tables according to standard operating procedures.
- Keeping the front of house clean and tidy.
- Replenishing crockery and ensuring fresh homemade cakes, biscuits, finger food, and fresh fruit are available.
- Being aware of residents' dietary requirements.
