Responsibilities
- Deliver high standards of personal care and contribute fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents, including assisting with personal hygiene while maintaining dignity and independence.
- Recognise and understand clinical risk areas in residents (e.g., weight loss, pressure areas, falls risk, signs of infection) and escalate identified risks promptly.
- Act courteously towards residents and visitors, respecting the dignity and individuality of each resident.
- Practice safe systems of work across the range of tasks.
