Main duties of the job
As a Care Assistant – Nights, your focus will be to deliver high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents. This will include assisting residents with their personal hygiene care, recognizing and understanding clinical risk areas, and acting courteously towards residents and their visitors while respecting their dignity and individuality. You will also be expected to practice safe systems of work across the range of tasks.

- Recognising and understanding clinical risk areas in residents such as weight loss, pressure sores, risk of falls, sign of infections and escalating any identified risks in a timely manner.
