Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal hygiene and daily living tasks, encouraging independence and maintaining dignity.
- Identify and understand clinical risk areas (weight loss, pressure sores, fall risk, infection signs) and promptly alert the team of any concerns.
- Act courteously towards residents and visitors, upholding each resident’s individuality and dignity.
- Implement safe systems of work across all duties and follow best practice guidelines.
- Contribute fully to the care team to ensure seamless continuity of services.
