At Avery Healthcare, we support the people who care for our residents. You will work as a Registered Nurse at Camberley Heights Care Home in Surrey, delivering high standards of care and serving as person in charge when required.

Responsibilities

  • Act as person in charge and stand in for the Manager as required.
  • Undertake nursing tasks such as medication distribution, dressings, catheterisation, tube feeding and management of chronic medical conditions.
  • Advise families and GPs of any changes in condition and keep them informed.
  • Supervise and deploy staff effectively within the care team.
  • Provide accurate assessment and planning to maintain high standards of care.

Qualifications

  • First level nursing qualification and current NMC registration.
  • Minimum 2 years experience of relevant practice and up-to-date knowledge of care.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to instruct and demonstrate care activities.
  • Sound knowledge of care planning and its practical application.

Requirements

  • Pass ADBS Disclosure check (cost paid by Avery Healthcare).
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
