As a Hospitality Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering a customer‑centric experience and ensuring high standards of service across all non‑clinical areas of the home.
Main duties of the job:
- Overseeing and effectively managing all non‑clinical and care‑related areas of the home, including food and beverage services, housekeeping, activities/events, and reception.
- Ensuring that effective working practices are adopted to deliver high standards of service.

Job responsibilities:
- Delivering a customer‑centric experience at Avery while ensuring that residents' needs are fully integrated and supported.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and aesthetics throughout the home environment including the garden and outdoor areas.
- Following the Standard Operating Procedures to consistently deliver Avery's brand standards throughout the home.
- Planning, prioritising and delegating work effectively to accommodate the resource and skill base of the team.
About you:
To be successful in your application, you will live our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful and accountable in all that you do. Our ideal candidate must have:
- Previous experience in a management/supervisory role.
- One to two years experience in a similar role and experience of working in healthcare, restaurants or hotels.
- Understanding of the Hotel & Care industry standards, policies and procedures.
- Industry‑relevant qualifications or equivalent.
This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions. Please note this role will require:
