Job Responsibilities
- Support the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care.
- Monitor the wellbeing of each resident and update care plans and written records.
- Participate in person‑centred care planning and monthly evaluations.
- Assist with medication requirements.
- Conduct staff supervisions and support staff development.
- Act as key point of contact for residents, relatives, visitors and health professionals.
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in care for care homes.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar care environment.
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
- Positive attitude towards supporting and nurturing residents and staff.
- Responsive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities.

This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975. A DBS disclosure is required and the cost will be met by Avery Healthcare. Proof of eligibility to work in the UK is also required.
