We are looking for a Care Assistant at Pemberley House Care Home in Hampshire. The role involves delivering personal care to residents, working with the care team, ensuring continuity of services, and maintaining a safe and respectful environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high standards of personal care and hygiene for residents.
- Ensure residents’ independence, dignity and respect.
- Recognise and monitor clinical risk areas (weight loss, pressure sores, falls, infections) and raise alerts in a timely manner.
- Act courteously toward residents and visitors, respecting individuality.
- Practice safe systems of work across all tasks.
