The Resident Experience Manager will be the heartbeat of the Barnet Grange Care Home, ensuring every resident enjoys a safe, welcoming, and enriching experience. They will lead by example, inspire excellence, and work closely with department heads to deliver seamless service across care, housekeeping, dining, activities, and more.

Main duties of the job:

  • Championing resident satisfaction through daily engagement and feedback
  • Coordinating service delivery across all non-clinical departments
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hospitality
  • Managing complaints and concerns with empathy and efficiency
  • Supporting home improvement projects and budget planning
  • Deputising for department heads while ensuring effective rota planning
