Main duties of the job:
- Support the Wellbeing Coordinator in providing a wide range of activities to engage and stimulate the residents' physical, cognitive, and social well-being.
- Maintain a safe living and working environment.
- Report changes in residents' conditions.
- Support the ordering and preparation of supplies for upcoming activities.
- Establish links with the local community to encourage access to the wider community and promote intergenerational activity.
Shift Details: 0900-1630, 1000-1730.

We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our award-winning team as a Wellbeing and Activities Assistant - Bank at Bagshot Gardens Care Home in Surrey.

- Have effective communication skills, verbal and written.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the role interaction plays in the general well-being of people.
- Have a positive attitude toward older people and a commitment to providing stimulating, quality activities and social events.
- Have previously worked with older people in a residential nursing Dementia setting.
