Job Description

  • Ensuring the quality of all artwork/products meet and/or exceed the required quality requirements and customer expectations.
  • Requirement to operate various printers / plotters (Digital print machines, vinyl plotters etc)
  • Operating softwareprograms, specifically Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and other creative programs
  • Maintaining, recording, and ordering sufficient studio stock levels to match and/or predict production needs.
  • Maintaining/cleaning all relevant apparatus in a timely manner.
  • Providing, promoting, and maintaining a high standard of customer service.
  • Provide cover/support for all roles/departments within the Company as and when required to meet the needs of the business.
  • Comply with all company instructions including verbal instructions from your line manager, written memorandums, the Health & Safety Policy, and Employer Handbook.
  • Effectively communicating information/techniques with colleagues to ensure product consistency (i.e. effects, colour matches, production efficiencies etc).
  • Ensuring all production protocols and procedures are followed to ensure consistent high product quality and performance.
  • Ensuring all day-to-day departmental Health & Safety procedures are followed.
  • Reporting all known production protocol deviations (including modified methods of production, errors, or product abnormalities) to your line manager

Qualifications

  • Previous experience with Digital print machine operating preferred
  • Previous experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
  • Team player – must enjoy working in a team environment, with the ability to liaise with other members of the team to get a task done
