Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for handling customer complaints and following up on CA and PA.
- Be responsible for internal complaints, coordinate cross-function to do improvement.
- Respond to Quality performance in Complaint Rate/COPQ.
- Develop Training plan and Qualify QC in the factory.
- In charge of the product quality assurance and improvement in manufacturing process.
- Edit and maintain procedure documents.
- Lead Quality improvement project to meet customer expectations.
- Take charge of Test Management and collaborate with Global team & Lab to drive effective test results.
- Other work assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in engineering or science.
- 5-8 years of working experience in quality works, printing field experience is preferred.
- Good command of speaking and writing skills in English.
- Good sense of customer service and team spirit.
- Strong ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Familiar with quality tools (SPC, MSA, 8D) and quality analysis methods.
