The Supply Chain Supervisor oversees supply chain operations for their site(s) and provides day-to-day supervision for their teams. This role ensures that materials are received, stored, shipped, and reported according to established procedures, while proactively identifying and communicating supply chain issues and alternatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • This is an on-site position based at our Harrogate facility.
  • Oversee the daily responsibilities of team members, communicating clear instructions, assigning workloads, and setting priorities.
  • Proactively identify and communicate supply chain issues and provide alternatives to minimize disruptions.
  • Lead the forecast estimates and schedules related to inventory, distribution, transportation, or production management and be responsible for the supply chain KPIs.
  • Lead the supply chain planning and scheduling team to identify areas of improvement and drive continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in supply chain operations, including inventory management, data analysis, and manufacturing processes.
  • Proficiency in production planning skills and machine scheduling to optimize site operations.
  • Proven ability to coach individuals and provide clear feedback while supporting growth and new skill development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to mobilize and motivate teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to create a healthy, inclusive work environment by facilitating open expression of ideas.
