Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer phone or email inquiries.
  • Enter orders into the system based on customer fax or email purchase orders.
  • Maintain communication with cutting department and promptly report any order discrepancies to sales or customers.
  • Prepare sales daily and weekly reports.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

  • College diploma or above.
  • Relevant experience in order following or customer service is preferred.
  • Good customer service awareness, strong adaptability and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and sensitive to numbers.
  • Strong ability to work under pressure and adapt to busy periods.
  • Basic English proficiency, able to operate in an all-English system.
