The Production Operator plays a key role in operating machinery and equipment within our manufacturing facility to ensure the efficient, safe, and high-quality production of our materials. This role supports daily operational goals, maintains safety and quality standards, and contributes to continuous improvement efforts on the shop floor.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing machinery and production lines in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Conduct regular quality checks on raw materials and finished products to ensure adherence to company standards.
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and cleaning of equipment to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation.
- Maintain accurate production records, logs, and material tracking within internal inventory and reporting systems.
- Adhere strictly to all site Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) guidelines and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment.
- Strong commitment to workplace health, safety, and operational standards.
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with machinery operation and manual material handling.
