We are a small, close-knit team, so we are looking for someone who is not only highly organised and efficient, but also approachable, proactive, and happy to get involved wherever needed.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to keep multiple matters running smoothly and efficiently
  • Good attention to detail, particularly when preparing and managing legal documents and bundles
  • Experience supporting the administrative side of projects or casework
  • Comfortable using systems such as DocuSign to circulate and track agreements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe (including document bundling and formatting)
  • Ability to take clear, accurate notes, including initial enquiry notes and meeting notes
  • Strong communication skills, with a friendly and professional approach when dealing with clients and colleagues
  • Good time management skills, with the ability to manage deadlines and keep others on track with reminders
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team

Desirable Skills and Experience

  • Knowledge of employment law is preferred or experience within a legal environment
  • Some experience of legal research and drafting

Qualifications

  • Good academic background (a law degree or equivalent is preferred, but not essential)
