We are looking to recruit a talented Employment Solicitor to join our growing team. While this role is ideally suited to a solicitor with between 1 and 4 years' post-qualification experience, we welcome applications from candidates with more or less experience who can demonstrate the required skills, technical ability and enthusiasm for employment law.

We act predominantly for directors, partners, senior executives and professionals, often on matters involving significant financial and reputational issues. We also advise SMEs and owner-managed businesses on a broad range of employment law matters.

The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious employment lawyer to develop their career within a specialist, highly regarded firm.

Candidates should have:

· Strong employment law experience, whether gained in a specialist employment practice or a broader commercial firm

· Excellent communication and client-care skills

· Strong drafting and analytical abilities

· Confidence in managing matters and building client relationships

· A proactive and commercial approach

Experience of employment tribunal litigation, High Court litigation and/or corporate support work would be advantageous, but is not essential.
