We are looking for a reliable and motivated Nightshift Supervisor to lead our night shift team and take ownership of our warehouse operation overnight. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who takes pride in accuracy, safety and getting the job done, while bringing out the best in the people around them.

As Nightshift Supervisor you will be responsible for running the shift from start to finish, making sure pharmaceutical orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time to our network of community pharmacies across Scotland and the UK. You'll lead by example on the warehouse floor, support and develop your team, and be the key point of contact overnight.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous supervisory or team leader experience in a warehouse, distribution or logistics environment
  • A confident, calm leader who motivates a team and leads from the front
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly around picking and packing accuracy
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and work methodically under pressure
  • Reliable, punctual and committed to maintaining high standards
  • Good communication skills for handovers, reporting and dealing with issues
  • Comfortable performing manual handling and physical tasks throughout the shift
  • Able to commit to permanent night shift working (Monday–Friday, 19:00–04:00)

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare or regulated distribution environments
  • Familiarity with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and pharmaceutical handling protocols
  • Familiarity with warehouse equipment and safety procedures (FLT/forklift licence an advantage)
  • Full UK driving licence with a clean record, in case relief driver support is occasionally required
