Overview: Weâre looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is passionate about shaping business success through strategic hiring. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on understanding the unique needs of a business and translating them into impactful talent strategies. Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Manage fullâcycle recruitment for entry to seniorâlevel roles across departments
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and business context
- Source candidates creatively using referrals, job boards, and networking
- Maintain a proactive pipeline and manage 8+ requisitions simultaneously
- Contribute to employer branding, university programs, and referral initiatives
- Track recruitment metrics for strategic analysis

- Experience recruiting for global sales roles (preâsales, direct, channel, marketing and customer success)
- Familiarity with talent analytics, employer branding, and recruitment marketing.
- Background in consulting with senior leaders and driving hiring decisions aligned with business strategy.
