AvePoint is hiring a Partner Enablement Manager to support the growth and activation of our partner ecosystem across EMEA. This role will design, deliver, and scale partner enablement programs that drive onboarding, activation, certification, and ongoing engagement, helping partners succeed and align with AvePoint’s go-to-market priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Partner & Field Activation
    • Collaborate with channel stakeholders to plan and deliver partner-facing bootcamps (virtual and in-person) across EMEA, piloting initiatives for future global rollout.
    • Deliver partner activation sessions supporting strategic accounts and new program launches.
    • Support field enablement and activation sessions for Channel Sales teams in partnership with global L&D.
    • Partner with the Partner Program team to support development of an AI-enabled re-certification workflow and piloting.
  • Enablement Support
    • Support onboarding sessions for partner-facing new hires, acting as a channel SME.
    • Collaborate with L&D to build and deliver training tracks focused on the commercial aspects of AvePoint’s channel business.
    • Gather partner feedback to help refine certification tiers and program structures.
    • Pilot new certification initiatives with selected partners prior to wider launch.
    • Deliver train-the-trainer support to regional teams to scale enablement globally.
    • Support development of partner-facing enablement materials for online and regional execution.
  • Campaign & Toolkit Activation
    • Drive enablement of partner-facing campaigns, including quarterly “Campaign-in-a-Box” toolkits, ensuring localization and adoption.
    • Partner with Marketing to integrate toolkits into partner platforms and monitor engagement.
    • Provide direct partner feedback to global marketing and enablement teams.
  • Program Scaling & Process Optimization
    • Document and standardize activation playbooks for regional and global replication.
    • Capture feedback from EMEA pilots and refine programs for scale.
    • Collaborate with Operations to improve reporting on activation KPIs and partner engagement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with Channel Marketing, Sales Operations, and L&D teams to align enablement with revenue priorities.
    • Act as the voice of the partner internally to ensure programs meet partner needs.
    • Support regional partner events and forums as a subject matter expert.
  • Metrics & Success Measures
    • Partner adoption of Campaign-in-a-Box toolkits within 30 days of launch.
    • Maintain ≥90% certification compliance across partner-facing teams.
    • Reduce time-to-activation from bootcamp completion to first partner action.
    • Successfully scale DACH pilot programs across EMEA and globally.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience developing and delivering successful enablement or training programs.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience with learning strategy, content design, or certification programs preferred.
  • Familiarity with LMS/LXP platforms advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to travel as required.
