We are currently recruiting for a support worker to join our team in our Chobham service, providing tailored support to people with learning disabilities, brain injuries and autism. Some of the people we support are non-verbal and there is also potential for challenging behaviours. This role does require flexibility within nights depending on the needs of the rota.

Typical shift patterns: 9pm-6:30am

Experience in social care is not essential, we provide a full range of accredited and award-winning training programmes at no cost to yourself, including the Health and Social Care Diploma that will really support your career progression.
