We are excited to be recruiting Bank Support Workers to join us at our service in West Malling, supporting female and male adults who have learning disabilities, autism and behaviours that challenge.

- Supporting people to enjoy everyday life and make the most of their local community (and beyond!)

- Keeping homes clean, comfortable and welcoming — including shopping trips
- Providing and encouraging personal care in a respectful, empowering way

Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for positive, fun, can-do Bank Support Workers who are passionate about delivering great support and making every day meaningful. Experience is welcome but the right values, attitude and enthusiasm matter most.
