We are excited to be recruiting Bank Support Workers to join us at our service in Sevenoaks, supporting female and male adults who have learning disabilities, autism and behaviours that challenge.

- Supporting people to enjoy everyday life and make the most of their local community (and beyond!)
- Helping people stay connected with family, friends and social activities
- Supporting the management of personal finances
- Keeping homes clean, comfortable and welcoming — including shopping trips
- Providing and encouraging personal care in a respectful, empowering way
- And most importantly — enjoying what you do!
Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for positive, fun, can-do Bank Support Workers who are passionate about delivering great support and making every day meaningful. Experience is welcome but the right values, attitude and enthusiasm matter most.
