Our services in Tadley support people with complex health needs and various learning disabilities. The perfect person for this role will either have, or be genuinely interested in developing, similar hobbies to the people we support. You'll need to be flexible with how you communicate – things like speaking clearly, slowing down when needed, and using the right words to describe things. There are two services really close to each other, so you might work at both.

You must have a full UK manual driving licence and be happy to drive our service vehicle.

No two days are the same, but you'll be:
