Support Workers - Walton on Thames £25,845 per annum (pro rata) Full time hours ( 39 hours per week) Full UK Driving License essential - Be willing to drive service vehicles so the service users are able to access the community. This busy service has 6 individuals all who have differing needs including learning disabilities along with Asperger's, Autism, Epilepsy and Mental Health conditions. This is a service where there are behavior's that challenge but training is provided, and you also will provide support to all individuals via shared support and on a 1 to 1 basis. The service users have various activities that they attend with staff support, these include Snoozelum, Nova Club, in house arts & crafts and cookery sessions, aromatherapy as well as house trips and holidays. No two days are the same, but your day might look like this! Supporting our people to be engaged in all day to day living activities, including making full use of their community and beyond.
