Support Worker
Full time – 37.5 hours per week. Annual salary £25,845 (pro rata). Must hold a full UK driving licence. Based in Gosport area.
Responsibilities
- Assist adults with learning disabilities, autism or physical disabilities to live independently.
- Support with everyday tasks such as shopping, cooking and household duties.
- Encourage social activities, community involvement and family connections.
- Provide respectful personal care where necessary.
- Create a positive, enjoyable environment for supported individuals and yourself.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service or childcare is valued.
- No prior care experience required – training will be provided.
- Must hold a full UK driving licence.
