What You\’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, or physical disabilities to live independently
  • Helping people with everyday tasks such as shopping, cooking, or managing money
  • Encouraging people to connect with friends, family, and the community
  • Providing personal care with dignity and respect
  • Making each day meaningful – and having fun while you do it!

We are looking for Support Workers to work with us in Gillingham, Medway, supporting 5 individuals with complex health, physical, and learning disabilities. The service is close to both Chatham and Gillingham town centres and only a five‑minute walk from Hempstead Valley Shopping Centre. The people supported enjoy active social lives, go out in the community daily, and require support at all times.
