Experienced Support Worker – Lee-on-the-Solent
ALL APPLICANTS MUST HOLD A FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE. A wheelchair‑accessible minibus is available for delivery of care.
Full‑time hours are available. Shifts include 7:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m., 2:30 p.m.–10:00 p.m., and a sleep‑in shift of 10:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.
Role and Responsibilities
Work independently in a lone‑working environment to support a male adult with disabilities in his own home. Key duties include:
- Providing care throughout the day, including assistance with personal hygiene and medication administration.
- Facilitating physiotherapy sessions and other activity‑based support.
- Assisting with finances, household tasks and shopping.
- Encouraging social connections with family, friends and the local community.
- Promoting independent living and creating moments of joy and achievement.

Qualifications and Experience
- Experience as a support worker is required.
