Support Worker

We’re looking for Support Workers to work with us across our services in Chertsey supporting adults who have learning disabilities, autism, dementia and behaviours that challenge. We have various services in the area including supported living homes, individuals living in self-contained flats and community-based outreach service. The Recruitment Team will discuss with you the different services we have available during a telephone interview. No two days are the same but your day might look like this!
Supporting our people to be engaged in all day to day living activities, including making full use of their community and beyond.
