We are looking for a day and night support worker based in Stowmarket to support 3 adult males with learning disabilities, mental health needs and/or acquired brain injury. The individuals we support at Takers Lane enjoy days out in the community and volunteering activities.
You would need to be fully flexible to work full time across the 7 day week for shifts including: 8am-3pm, 3pm-10pm and sleep ins.
No two days are the same but your day might look like this:
- Supporting our people to be engaged in all day to day living activities, including making full use of their community and beyond.
- Supporting our people with social activities, and connecting with family and friends.
- Supporting the management of our people’s finances.
- Keeping our people’s home clean and fresh, and going shopping.
- Providing, and encouraging, personal care.
