Are you autistic and/or ADHD and passionate about supporting other neurodivergent adults? We are looking for two Neurodivergent Wellbeing Advisors to join our team at our Southampton Hub and help shape and deliver a supportive, neuro-affirming service. This role is designed specifically for someone who can bring personal insight, empathy, and real-world understanding to the support they provide. Your lived experience will not just be valued; it will be central to how this role works.
About the Role
- 1:1 wellbeing support for autistic and/or ADHD adults
- Group facilitation and community-based sessions
- A safe, inclusive space where people feel understood and empowered
- Support to build confidence, coping strategies, self-advocacy and daily life skills
- Input into co-production and shaping future service development.

What We’re Looking For
- Lived experience of Autism, ADHD, or both (required)
- Experience providing emotional or practical support to others
- Experience facilitating groups or community activities
- Strong communication skills and ability to build trusting relationships
- Understanding of boundaries, confidentiality, safeguarding and GDPR
- Organised and confident with IT (Microsoft Office / Teams).
