Avenues Group is seeking a People Experience Officer to join our People Team with Employee Relations at the heart of the role.

You will support managers and employees across the organisation, delivering a fair, consistent and compliant casework service and practical advice.

You'll manage your own ER caseload, including disciplinary, grievance, capability and attendance matters, while also contributing to wider employee experience initiatives, wellbeing and culture programs.
