Avenues Group is recruiting a dedicated Support Worker in Margate to assist adults with learning and physical disabilities across our community services. You will support daily living, help people access the community, and encourage engagement with family and friends.
Full-time hours are available with flexibility for early/late shifts and sleep-ins. No prior social care experience is required as we provide comprehensive, accredited training, including the Health and Social Care Diploma.
