During the night, you'll play a vital role in ensuring people feel safe, comfortable and well supported, responding to individual needs while promoting dignity and independence. /n /n What You'll Be Doing /n /n /n /n No two nights are the same. Your role will include: /n /n - /n Providing reassurance and support throughout the night /n - /n Completing regular wellbeing and safety checks in line with individual support plans /n - /n Supporting with personal care in a respectful and dignified manner where required /n - /n Responding calmly and appropriately to any overnight needs or emergencies /n - /n Completing accurate records and handovers to ensure continuity of care /n - /n Helping maintain a safe, clean and comfortable home environment /n - /n Working closely with colleagues to provide high-quality, person-centred support /n /n /n No Experience?
