What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, or physical disabilities to live independently
  • Helping people with everyday tasks like shopping, cooking, or managing money
  • Encouraging people to connect with friends, family, and the community
  • Providing personal care (with dignity and respect)
  • Making each day meaningful — and having fun while you do it!

We are looking for Support Workers to support adults across services in the Margate area who have learning disabilities, physical disabilities, complex needs and mobility issues. Some service users also use wheelchairs. The services are located near to the Town Centre in a residential area and generally have good public transport links. Applicants with a valid UK driving license are desired to enable the people we support to access their community.
