Hours: Full time 39 hours per week on a rota basis - we ask for flexibility Monday to Sunday across all shifts.

We're looking for an experienced Male Support Worker to join our specialist Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) service in Hildenborough, supporting five men with learning disabilities, autism, communication needs and behaviours of concern. This is a rewarding but highly specialist role, where your experience, approach and values will have a direct impact on the lives of the people we support.
Driving licence with access to a vehicle or motorbike as this service is located in a very rural location.
Previous experience supporting people with learning disabilities, autism and behaviours of concern within a PBS environment is essential.
You'll know how important consistency is and recognise that the relationships you build can significantly improve a person's confidence, wellbeing and overall quality of life. The people we support deserve the opportunity to live fulfilling lives, develop new skills, access their communities and make meaningful choices.
- Supporting people to live independently while promoting choice, dignity and respect.
