We're looking for Bank Support Workers to join our specialist Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) service in Hildenborough, supporting five men with learning disabilities, autism, communication needs and behaviours of concern. This is a rewarding but highly specialist role, where your experience, approach and values will have a direct impact on the lives of the people we support.

You'll know how important consistency is and recognise that the relationships you build can significantly improve a person's confidence, wellbeing and overall quality of life. The people we support deserve the opportunity to live fulfilling lives, develop new skills, access their communities and make meaningful choices. Supporting people to live independently while promoting choice, dignity and respect.

  • Providing person-centred support tailored to individual needs and aspirations.
  • Supporting people with daily living tasks, including cooking, shopping, managing finances and maintaining their home.
  • Providing personal care where required.
  • Using Positive Behaviour Support approaches to understand and respond to behaviours of concern.
  • Encouraging community participation, hobbies, interests and meaningful relationships.
  • Helping people achieve personal goals and live the life they choose.
  • Experienced in supporting people with learning disabilities, autism and behaviours of concern.
