Support Worker Eastry & Aylesham, Kent
£24,829 per annum (pro rata) 30 hours per week - covering various shifts; 7am – 2pm/4pm, 2pm-10pm, 12pm-4pm/10pm – NO NIGHTS.
Full UK Driving license required and access to own vehicle due to the nature of the role and location of our services.
We are looking for a Support Worker to support individuals in Eastry and Aylesham with learning disabilities, communication difficulties, behaviours that challenge and pica. The staff team works across both locations throughout the week. The individuals have their own mobility vehicles to ensure daily community access, so someone willing to drive these would be essential!
No two days are the same but your day might look like this:
- Supporting our people to be engaged in all day to day living activities, including making full use of their community and beyond.
