We are seeking Support Workers to join our team in Liss, working with male and female adults who have learning disabilities, Down's syndrome, and varying levels of support needs from low to high. The individuals we support require assistance with daily living activities, including personal care, medication, and mobility. They take part in a diverse range of activities, such as monthly discos, arts and crafts, shopping trips, dining out, cinema and bowling visits, karaoke, day trips (including to London), and holidays. ~ Support Worker ~ Full time positions available – 39 hours per week ~ All candidates must be able to work at weekends ~ Supporting our people to be engaged in all day-to-day activities, including making full use of their community and beyond. Supporting our people with social activities, and connecting with family and friends. Supporting the management of our people’s finances. Keeping our people’s home clean and fresh, and going shopping. Providing, and encouraging, personal care. Experience in social care is not essential, we provide a full range of accredited and award-winning training programmes at no cost to yourself, including the Health and Social Care Diploma that will really support your career progression.
